• Yes, absolutely! We would love to have you bring a group from your church! From teen retreats and camps to men’s or women’s retreats!
• To reserve a date for your event, contact us or visit our Reservation Request Form.

No. We do, however, have a refrigerator and microwave available to those who have dietary restrictions or allergies. They are welcome to bring their own meals for their stay.

Visitors during camp sessions are strongly discouraged. If you must visit your child while at camp:

• Visitors must call the camp office at 317-481-2400 ext 232 to make prior arrangements.
• Visitors must check in at the camp office immediately upon arrival to the campgrounds. Please have a photo ID for check-in.
• Visitors are not allowed to enter lodging cabins or dining hall.
• Visitors under 18 are not permitted on the campgrounds without an adult.
• All camp visitors must leave the campgrounds by 10pm and adhere to all camp rules while on camp property.

We discourage your child from bringing his/her cell phone to camp to avoid distraction and interference with the program. Camp staff have he right to collect phones from campers that have been deemed to be a distraction to the camper, other campers or the camp program. The camp cannot be responsible for loss, theft or damage of personal phones.

No, we do not allow pets.  Services dogs are allowed as defined by ADA if proper certification can be provided.

Yes, we do have a limited number of ADA handicap rooms that are dispersed throughout our lodging facilities.  If you are in need of a handicap room for your stay, please let us know when booking or making your reservations. If you are not necessarily in need of a handicap room but have walking difficulties, please specify this as well so we can work to best accommodate your needs.

Yes, complimentary wireless access is provided in the Welcome Center, Worship Center, and Rec Center/Dining Hall. Each requires their own separate login.

Sorry, we do not book weddings at our facilities.

Our rates vary based on a number of factors such as which facilities you would like to use, how many nights you will be staying, how many people will be staying in each room, how many total people are in your group, how many meals you will be eating with us, etc. For that reason, the most accurate way for us to give you an estimate is for you to contact us and tell us a little bit about what you have in mind for your event. We will be happy to give you an idea of how much the event would be. (If you aren’t sure of all the details yet, that’s fine!
