Meeting Spaces

Activity Center

The Activity Center, located across from the Dining Hall, used for indoor basketball, volleyball, and other recreational activities. This space can also be used as a meeting/conference space for medium sized groups.

E. Harmon Moore Conference & Banquet Hall

The E. Harmon Moore Conference & Banquet Hall are located adjacent to the dining hall. Conference E is great for a smaller conference of up to 100 guests. The Banquet Hall can comfortably seat 80 guests at round tables for a more intimate and personal dining and conference experience.

Library

The Library located in the office lobby of the Welcome Center features rich wood paneling, large window, TV monitor and sound system. Seating space can accommodate 40 people.

Worship Center
The Worship Center, located between the Welcome Center and Hotel Rooms, provides a meeting/conference space for larger groups and has a capacity of 450. This facility is equipped with a state of the art sound system and projector.

Outside Worship Venue

Outside stage and bleachers to enjoy worship and praise in the cool of the evening.

Log Cabin Conference
The Log Cabin Conference room located across from the Rec Center between the 4 rooms of the Log Cabin. This meeting space is intended for your conference speakers/leadership to debrief and collaborate on the day’s events. *Only available with Log Cabin rental. 

Old Lodge
The Old Lodge has a meeting space to accommodate up to 40 upstairs, and an additional 30 downstairs. Both areas have TV monitors and audio available.

Conference C1, C2 & D1, D2
The conference rooms located near the Retreat Centers provide extra meeting space; each room can comfortably accommodate 30 guests.

Field Kitchen
The Field Kitchen, located on the Wild Side of the camp provides extra meeting space with an indoor maximum capacity of 50.
A covered outdoor seating venue is available for an additional 50-60 guests.
